Tanglawan Festival was successfully launched in 2016 during the 16th City Anniversary Celebration of the City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, headed by the City Mayor, Honorable Arturo B. Robes and Congresswoman Honorable Florida P. Robes in cooperation with the City Government employees, Barangay Officials and Civic Society Organizations.
Until today, the Honorable Congresswoman envisions the Rising City of San Jose del Monte to serve as Beacon to the San Joseños, bringing about economic development and opportunities to the City to uplift the lives of every San Joseños.
Visited by rapid urban-up brought about by steadily-increasing population and rise in the number of commercial and business establishments, the City of San jose del Monte is poised to become one of the most promising cities in Central Luzon. Indeed, the City shows a real potential of becoming a most preferred and investment-friendly destination.
Investments entail certain risks but which the City endeavors to mitigate. It is committed to develop a conducive environment that encourages profitability and growth.
