In time for the celebration of Valentines Day and application for the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Creative Cities Network, SJDM mayor Arthur Robes and congresswoman Rida Robes formally open the Rising HeARt to the public.
The Rising HeARt is the newest tourist attraction of the city aside from Grotto Shrine, Mountain Biking at Karahome and Padre Pio. Its also a constant reminder to all of us that the world, despite the chaos , will always be governed by peace, love amd compassion towards one another.
The first couple who declared their unwavering love by putting a lovelock here is no other than Mayor Arthur B. Robes and Congresswoman Florida P. Robes.
Congratulations to team AR for another succesful project that San Joseños will definitely proud!
